• Observed / Return to Duty – $25 surcharge added

• Emergency After hours – $160 surcharge added

• Post Accident, on scene – $200 surcharge added

• Drivers must have ID and be prepared for their test. If testing runs beyond our normal business hours, a $150 overtime surcharge will be assessed.

• Appointments are not needed for drug testing, please walk in before 4 PM.
